A very nice day for a hike with clear sunny skies and temperatures between 55-70°F The trails were in very good condition with no blowdowns as we have encountered in recent hikes elsewhere. However, the loose rocks and roots were covered by a layer of fallen leaves which required close attention. The beaver dams normally seen were not obvious, a disappointment. There were numerous short hills to climb or descend along the entire path and thus this trail is rated easy to moderate in difficulty. The fall color has now faded to brown leaves. Garmin recorded this hike as 6.4 miles. Show l
