A very pleasant day for a hike. The trail was dry, but is heavily used and could use some maintenance and removal of some blowdown. We started our hike from the Trading Post on the Springhouse Trail which lead to the Tennessee Rock Trail around and up to the top of Blackrock Mountain. This was the first hike with our larger hiking group after a year long hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was good to see everyone. We had 22 hikers today. There were a fair amount of wildflowers dominated by Toadshade Trillium and Bloodroot along much of the trail.
