Helen to Unicoi State Park

It's a nice hike, not very difficult and the trail is in generally good condition. Some folks like to start their hike from the Unicoi Lodge after having breakfast, but we started from the public parking area in Helen. We added wo loops on the return hike, one around the Frog Pond and the other across a large field near the mountain biking trails.
