Beegum Gap to Rabun Bald

Partial recording, my error, of out-and-back hike to Rabun Bald. Total distance actually ~ 3.5 miles. Nice day for a hike with 65-75 degrees and mostly cloudy. We started just before 9 AM and met 2-3 hiking groups going up, but by 11 AM when we returned, we met at least 30+ hikers. . . a busy holiday weekend. The trail was quite wet in several places with water flowing down the trail. A nice amount of wildflowers with Rhododendron just beginning to bloom. We missed our hiking buddy Dick Metzgar who had an unfortunate fall a couple of days before.
