The starting point for today's hike. Trail sign at the start. The trail is uphill most of the way to the summit.. We walk past lots of spectacular wildflowers! We don't see many of these! The trail takes a left turn here and the sign says Most Difficult! The views make it worth the climb! Lots of rock faces with great mountain views! Always a nice find! Great place for lunch! Looking south to Georgia's 2nd highest peak - Rabun Bald.
