Today's hike was on the trails at Victoria Bryant State Park near Royston, GA
Trail information
Victoria Bryant State Park has a very nice network of hiking trails. The Perimeter Trail Loop, The Broad River Loop, Victoria's Path Nature Trail along with connector and access trails. All together around 10 miles to choose from. The trails are well maintained and feature rolling terrain and nice river and woodland views. Distance hiked - approximately 7.3 miles - difficulty - Easy to moderate
Directions
Victoria Bryant State Park is located between Lavonia and Royston on Highway 327. There is a $5 per car parking fee or a Georgia State Parks Pass. Another great day for a hike! Cloudy and misty. Temperatures ranging from 40-48 F

Trail sign at Victoria Bryant State Park The start of our first trail. A nice trail aroud the pond. We usually see these tame ducks. On the Broad River Another great day for a hike! Beaver dams on the Beaver Pond Loop! Nice cascade along the river. Wood Duck house. The OFHC gang for today's hike.
