Frady Branch Trails, GA

This week, we went to the same trail system as last week but hiked on three different trails. The Frady Branch Loop, The Lathan Cemetery Loop, and the Pear Orchard Loop Trail

Trail information

All three trail loops were in good shape other than a few muddy spots. These trails include many historical points of interest which are well-marked with historical markers and signs

Directions

Take Highway 123 West from Toccoa, GA - Turn left onto Highway 184 toward Homer. Drive about 3.5 miles and look for the sign for the Frady Branch Trail System sign on the right side of the road. Total hiking distance today, 7 miles. Another great day for a hike! Sunny with temperatures ranging from the low 30's to the mid 50's F
