Holcomb Creek Falls Trail

Wow! What a great hike to see some beautiful waterfalls with lots of noisy, rushing water just a few days after significant rains. The trail was in mostly good condition, having only a few passable blowdowns. This was a moderately difficult hike. It was unfortunate the observation deck for Ammons Creek Falls was not usable, but with care, one could venture out onto the boulders in the creek to get a great view of the falls. The last third of the hike was back along Hale Ridge Road.
